At our recent class social our resident musician, George Meikle, was presented with a Branch Award from the RSCDS and gifts from Dumfries Branch and many Branch members. George has decided to stop playing for the regular Monday and Tuesday classes but will continue to play for the class socials and the Sunday classes when available. The RSCDS Chair Elect, Sebastian Wanless, was pleased to be invited to the event to present George with his Award.
