RSCDS Dumfries Youth
We call our younger dancers RSCDS Dumfries Youth. This includes everyone from primary school pupils to students.
Classes (in term time only, until Easter 2019)
Our classes are held on Mondays in St Andrew's Primary School, Craigs Road, Dumfries DG1 4EX.
The classes are from 5.15-6pm (P1-P3) and 6-7pm (P4 upwards). Both classes are taught by Jayne Riddet, and the cost is £2.50 per class, payable in advance in September and January.

Activities
Here are some of the things we've done.
We held a day of dance. Look at our Galleries page for some photos of the happy dancers.
At the last class of the summer session the children and young people showed parents and friends what they had learned. Here are some photos. As you can see, everyone had a great time.
And our older girls decided to show how Scottish country dancing can be done to modern music. Here is a link to a video of them dancing.
